It is difficult to see and see how low we have fallen in the morality scale. The days are over when common big-town crimes, such as robbery, little crime, battery, and domestic violence were everydays bread in Ciudad Juarez. Nowadays things go much further; the newspapers are full with notes related to executions; TV news show images of investigators looking for shew around a dead body, in a side where an infernal shooting just happened.

We have reached a pourboire where kids batchnot play outside their houses because a killing spree can just happen out of nowhere, one block extraneous from them. The days arrived when assassins dont mind to start a shooting outside of an elementary school, as long as they finish the person they were paid to kill. Greed and hate are the two creeds of the new kings of town. I have always been a defender of Ciudad Juarez. I have always verbalize that it is not the hell that everyone says it is. I have always believed that it is a much better place to raise a family than many other places that portrait themselves as paradises. But today I cannot do it anymore. I would be a hypocrite if so.
