Prior to the adoption of the United States system, individuals opposed to Constitution as originally drafted because they believed as if the government would abuse their powers. This view was a result of individuals violating British civil rights prior to and during the Revolution. Therefore, individuals began demanding a bill of rights to explain better the language in visualize to the immunities individual citizens would receive. Amendments to the Constitution followed. On December 15, 1971, the number 1 ex amendments of the Constitution, commonly known as the bill of rights came into creation. The bill of rights acted as an agreement between federalist and anti-federalists to ratify the Constitution and put it (Constitution) into effect. During this paper, I will explain the relationship between the first, fourth, fifth, sixth, and fourteenth amendments.
