Basics
* The 20/20 Bank was based on the dogma of Banking is needful banks are not.
* They wanted to diverge from the norm of banks by having no bank branches and then bring down costs.
* To check off divergence the CEO refused to hire anyone with banking background so they would all have fresh ideas and not draw with the taint of the mainstream banking system.
* They wanted a fun excited employment where there employees would want to be thus built their offices on these lines.
Potential Weaknesss
* As they had no-one with any banking experience they had no real guidance on how banks operated thus made claims some service delivery etc that were not feasible
Strategy
* In terms of principle outline it was brilliant as it differentiated itself so untold from other banks that it practically had no competitors (though of course the fact that it had no competitors could have had something to do with it not being implementable in the pertinacious run)
What Happened
* The problems began when they started trying to do things on their own when the original strategy was to pass such things on to SAAMBOU this decision was made as sending it to the bank meant the usual banking times and thus gnaw their claims of being more efficient
* This change in policy meant the infallible infrastructure wasnt in place and therefore as the client base grew the infrastructure could take it this caused:
* The system waiter crashed nearly every day due to overloading.
* The necessary backup man systems were not in place this caused massive expense and cost as a fall back system had to be set up on short notice and thus the backup system wasnt right on tested and properly efficient
