Business compend and Summary: Hershey Foods Corporation is engaged in the manufacture, distribution and exchange of candy store and grocery products. It manufactures confectionery products in a course of packaged forms and markets them under more than 50 brands. It also manufactures, markets, sells and distributes confectionery and grocery products in Canada, Mexico and Brazil, imports and/or markets selected confectionery products in China, the Philippines, japan and South Korea and markets confectionery products in over 60 countries worldwide.
