1.Even if the concept of privacy in the body of work is complexity, hardly also an employee expects to prep be the privacy spaces in the workplace. The employees have the aright of the people to be private spaces in their person. Likewise, the employee does have a reasonable expectation of privacy in the workplace. Generally, the employees personal be such wallets, purses, personal laptops, personal backpacks. The material storages in the workplace such as desk drawer, file cabinet, lockers. On the other hand, employer mainly may monitor employees electronic mail or computer where the companionship has provided the service or working(a) equipment. Indeed, there might be factors probably affect employees reasonable expectations for privacy. For instance, the employees have private passwords or have been assured by centralized department that their e-mail or computer will be secured password. Therefore, the employees may have reasonable expectations of privacy that is sufficient to obstruct the departments access.
The personal belong or material storage that is not relate to the working process. The employer should give their privacy in the workplace ( Liu, 2007).
