On the other hand achieving anonymity is much easier on the internet. This is already used to help people communicate on sensitive topics and participate in discussion where they dont want to reveal their identity.
Conclusion
Taking in account all the characteristics of the new technologies it is reasonable to conclude that ICT is neither purely crime nor good.
