Donald woods a white editor from a newspaper criticizes the government for the raid and Steve Biko for encouraging racism against white his beliefs of Black Consciousness. One of Biko colleagues goes and visits Woods and invites him to meet Biko in his banning area in fag Williams Town. Biko and Woods talk for a while and Biko takes him to Zanempilo which is a clinic that is ran by slow medical doctors. In the process, he explains his debates with Woods. In do Woods explains his role to the society and how his trying to bring unequally to South Africa. After the meeting with Biko, Woods hires two black writers to get the point of view of the black people. They become best friends in the process of them being together.

After going to the Minster of Justice Woods is visited by the local detectives in search to find who saw the chief at the clinic. They explained that if he doesnt tell the advert of the person he will be jailed. Woods does not give the name of the person, so his black writers begin to get arrested.
